Lynn Weber and George Cimermanis…Lynn was born in the County (family has been here for generations) and has always lived here other than when at University, George has lived here a mere thirty years or so (originally from Ottawa). We feel we know the County as well as anyone can – it may be small, but it’s varied in the extreme. Recent years have seen exciting changes as new farming ventures have built on the County’s past as a major source of wholesome food for the country. Now, in addition to the many wineries, there are many boutique operations for heirloom vegetables, gourmet baby vegetables, organic foods, and many, many more. Artists and artisans of every kind have made the County their home, and there is a thriving entertainment community. And the wonderful restaurants!
