Cost per week is $1400.00 plus HST.  A deposit of $500 confirms your reservation.  The balance plus a $250 damage deposit is due thirty days prior to your arrival.

A large lot, tucked away on a quiet side road off County Road 12, about a five-minute drive to the Sandbanks Park entrance, this property offers a right of way to West Lake. The tall Sandbanks are just across the narrow end of West Lake, and you have a shallow, pebbly beach area to enjoy. Back at the house, though, there is a private 16 x 32-foot in-ground swimming pool for an alternative to the beach. George maintains the pool – you just enjoy it! Picnic tables adjacent to the pool are provided, along with a gas barbecue and firepit. Behind the pool are the firepit area and a large sunny area for the kids to play. On the other side of the house, large trees provide shade, and West Lake, visible in the near distance, provides cool breezes.

Inside the bungalow-style cottage, there is
·  a kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, etc.;
·  family room with dining area (seats 6, or more with extension), TV and VCR/DVD, fireplace, single sofa bed;
· living room with comfortable furniture;
· two bathrooms each with shower, sink and toilet;
· three bedrooms: two with a double bed in each; one with a queen; each with a table fan; each bedroom has a small closet or shelves for your clothing;
· washing machine adjacent to one of the bathrooms (clothesline is outside).

The house comes complete with a spacious in-ground private pool, enclosed patio with resin chairs and two picnic tables. (George will provide the maintenance). A gas barbeque and firepit  are also available for your enjoyment. There is also a bunkhouse with a double bed and a pair of bunkbeds. There is an extra foam mattress in the bunkhouse that could be put down on the floor in the bunkhouse itself or brought into the living room. Counting the sofa bed in the family room, this cottage and bunkhouse sleep 11 people in comfort. Because of the pool, we do not allow pets at this property.
