Price for one week's stay is $1600.00 plus GST. A deposit of $400 confirms your reservation with the balance plus a $150 damage deposit due thirty days prior to your arrival.

Downstairs:
·                    kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, dishes and other equipment, telephone, small breakfast table;
·                    laundry room with washer and dryer (clothesline is outside for that fresh-air feeling);
·                    family room with TV and VCR, queen-size sofa bed, lots of seating (adjacent to the deck);
·                    dining room with a Duncan Phyfe table and chairs, seats 8 comfortably and more if you put another small table at its end;
·                    living room with room to sit and chat (adjoins dining room);
·                    two bedrooms each with two twin beds, closets, chests of drawers;
·                    a three-piece bath (toilet, sink and shower);
·                    screened front porch.
 

Upstairs:
·                    bedroom with two twin beds, closet and chest of drawers;
·                    two other bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, spacious closet, dresser;
·                    a four-piece bath (tub, toilet, sink and shower).
 

For your summer comfort, this house is air-conditioned. We allow well-behaved pets at this house, subject to prior arrangement. With the five bedrooms and sofa bed, this house sleeps twelve people in comfort.
