Price for one week’s stay is $1200 plus GST.  A deposit of $300 confirms your reservation with the balance plus $150 damage deposit due thirty days prior to your arrival.

This rustic farmhouse is located on County Road 12, across from the entrance to Hook Lane, and a short stroll to Poolside – many large families have rented both so that they can enjoy the pool and the access to West Lake that comes with Poolside. Angus House offers a big back yard with deck, gas barbecue, picnic table and firepit, and a shady side yard. Five minutes by car takes you to the Sandbanks Park entrance.

Inside, on the downstairs floor:
·    big kitchen/dining room with stove, fridge and microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, teakettle and other equipment, table seats 8 comfortably or more with the other small table placed at the end;
·   living room with TV and VCR, telephone, sofa bed;
·    laundry room with washer and dryer;
·    four-piece bath (sink, toilet, shower and tub);
·    a bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser and large closet;
·     a bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers.

Upstairs:
·     another four-piece bath (small clawfoot tub, sink, shower and toilet);
·   a bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers;
·    a bedroom with three twin beds.

We supply sheets only. Outside you will find a picnic table, gas BBQ and lawn chairs.

Pets are welcome at Angus House subject to prior arrangement.
