A large lot, tucked away on a quiet side road off County Road 12, about a five-minute drive to the Sandbanks Park entrance, this property offers a right of way to West Lake. The tall Sandbanks are just across the narrow end of West Lake, and you have a shallow, pebbly beach area to enjoy. Back at the house, though, there is a private 16 x 32-foot in-ground swimming pool for an alternative to the beach. George maintains the pool – you just enjoy it! Picnic tables adjacent to the pool are provided, along with a gas barbecue and firepit. Behind the pool are the firepit area and a large sunny area for the kids to play. This is the largest of our properties, located on a spacious lot with mature shade trees, approximately five minutes by car from the Sandbanks Park entrance. It was built in the eighteen-hundreds by a Quaker family; we think you will enjoy the wide-planked wooden floors and the high ceilings. Plenty of room to park your cars, and a nice big deck on the back. |
